Jessica Fischer is Ms. Placer County 2022 and a mother to 2 boys. She is currently training to compete in the Miss California Regency pageant. She studied dance at Folsom Lake College while on the Mosaic Dance Company and currently teaches gymnastics and aerial silks. Her love for modeling started at a very young age watching The Umbrella Girls (now The Asiano Agency) growing up at motorcycle races.
