Each piece of patchwork is encircled with contrasting, rainbow feather stitch embroidery and has been completely assembled by hand. The base of the quilt has been reinforced with cotton muslin and a cozy, quilted liner. The pants sport a high-waisted, asymmetrical fit with a gathered back, snap closures, and belt loops handmade from the scrap blanket linen.
